The Village of Rossville offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill Pay - (Payment Service Network) - 
Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay your bill 24/7. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover. Have your account number handy. Just click the red "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started.
Convenience Fees: $1.00 for checks; 2.75% (+.50 if under $100) for credit cards.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least 5-7 business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft - No Service Fees
The Village of Rossville has a Direct Debit Program. The direct debit program will offer, as a convenience to our customers, to direct debit a checking or savings from any bank in the United States as long as the Village has your routing number and bank account number. You can find the Authorization form below or visit the village office to obtain one to authorize your account to be debited for your utility bill payment. Once the authorization form is completed, signed and returned to the village office, your account will be debited around the 19th of the month for the amount due for your utility account, whether it be the balance on your account or budget billing amount. If the 19th is on a weekend, your account will be debited the following Monday. You will still receive your utility bill so you know how much was taken out of your account. The Village offers this as a FREE service.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, credit/debit card or money orders. There is also a Night drop box on the front of the building for your after hours convenience.
If you pay by credit/debit card, those transactions may also be done through GOVPAYNET using Pay Location Code 4049. This service charges a service fee of 3% up to $100, 4% over $100.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to 7 business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
