Golf Cart Information

The Village of Rossville currently allows the use of Golf carts on the village streets.  See the rules and regulations in the Golf Cart Ordinance document below.  

Any new or modified Golf cart must be inspected by the Chief of Police or his/her designee.  

The Golf cart must have the Village of Rossville permit visible on the back of the vehicle.  Permits expire March 1st of each year and must be renewed annually.  Effective March 1, 2023 the cost of a permit shall be fifty-dollars ($50.00)per NHV or thirty-five ($35.00) for owners age 65 and older to cover the costs of implementing and maintaining this ordinance..
