NEW Direct Debit Program

The Village of Rossville is offering a NEW Direct Debit Program! Currently, the Village of Rossville may direct debit a checking or savings account at the Bank of Rossville ONLY! The new direct debit program will offer, as a convenience to our customers, to direct debit a checking or savings from any bank in the United States as long as the Village has your routing number and bank account number. Contact the village office to obtain an Authorization form to authorize your account to be debited for your utility bill payment. Once the authorization form is completed, signed and returned to the village office, a test debit in the amount of $0.00 will be sent to your bank to verify the information is correct. After your account information is verified, the following month your bank account will be debited around the 19th of the month for the amount due for your utility account, whether it be the balance on your account or budget billing amount.
